Presentation
In the first chapter the author describes her therapeutic approach (EMDR-J) she developed over the years departing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrating other techniques in order to create a fast and profound modified version.
In the second chapter the author presents transcripts of several EMDR-J sessions in order to give the reader an insight in the therapy process focusing on intra-uterine, transgenerational trauma and the use of brainspotting techniques.
In the third chapter the author presents two cases of transgenerational transmission of trauma (TTT) treated with EMDR-J. The transcripts of actual therapy sessions give an insight in the significance of the experiences of the patients’ ancestors.
In the fourth chapter the author presents two cases of post-traumatic stress treated with EMDR-J and quantum medicine in order to give the reader an insight in her work. These cases were also published in national quantum medicine conventions (CSTQ) in São Paulo, Brazil.
In the fifth chapter the author describes her metaphorical approach, a new and surprising part of EMDR-J, allowing highly creative patients to work through their conflicts in the genuine language of the subconscious.
In the sixth and last chapter the author opens the reader’s mind to philosophical considerations. The author presents a short version of an essay published in the theological journal “Vox scripturae” as part of her postgraduate formation.
