The book "EMDR-J: a fast and profound therapeutic approach", Vol.1

Presentation of the book "EMDR-J: a fast and profound therapeutic approach":
This book is written by a health psychologist whose impassioned commitment to heal persons broken by prolonged traumatic experience, was born from childhood. This passionate emotion, which she nurtured with relevant studies and exposures, enriching this with new techniques, applied into her clinical work until she arrived at the need to infuse alternative medication with quantum medicine in the psychological practice.

In the first chapter the author describes her therapeutic approach (EMDR-J) she developed over the years departing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrating other techniques in order to create a fast and profound modified version.

In the second chapter the author presents transcripts of several EMDR-J sessions in order to give the reader an insight in the therapy process.

In the third chapter the author presents an actual case of a patient she treated with EMDR-J and quantum medicine in order to give the reader an insight in her work. This case was also published in a national quantum medicine convention (CSTQ) in São Paulo, Brazil.

In the fourth chapter the author describes her metaphorical approach, a new and surprising part of EMDR-J, allowing highly creative patients to work through their conflicts in the genuine language of the subconscious.

In the fifth and last chapter the author opens the reader’s mind to philosophical considerations about interdisciplinary. The author presents a short version of an essay she published in the theological journal “Vox scripturae” as part of her postgraduate formation.
